White Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Camellia Oil or Olive Oil: 400g
  • Wildflower Honey: 100g
  • Silken Tofu (boiled and drained): 90g
  • Unsweetened Soy Milk: 250g
  • Lemons: 2 (adjust for taste)
  • White Vinegar: 26g
  • Salt: 6g

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze out the juice from the lemons.
  2. Place all ingredients into a mixing container.
  3. Use a hand mixer to blend at low speed until all ingredients are well-combined. Gradually increase to high speed and continue blending until the mixture reaches a thick, creamy consistency.
  4. Serve this versatile dressing with salad ingredients or as a pasta topping for added flavor.
    Tip: Using camellia oil will give an extra fragrant aroma.
